The Fitts Cottage is our newest addition. This cottage has a two-night minimum for booking.

This four-bedroom house has a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Two King bedroom suites with private baths and Two Queen bedrooms with a shared bath. Click here for more pictures

The Welch Cottage

The Welch Cottage is a two-night minimum. Located on 198 North Grove Street.

The Welch Cottage is a Two King Bedrooms downstairs with Master Baths for each King Bedroom. A sitting room between the King Suites. Full Living Room attached to a Full Kitchen to accommodate your full stay. Two Queen Bedrooms upstairs with a shared Bathroom. The House has a private outside back social area. The Cottage is a two-night minimum. The weekday and weekend rates vary. Click below to book your stay and confirm your nightly rental.

The Welch King Suite

The Welch King Suite is located at The Welch Cottage at 198 North Grove Street. Rented on a nightly basis. The Welch King Suite is connected to the Welch House but is rented separately. The suite consists of One King Bed, Walk-in glass Shower, and a mini-Kitchenette. The Suite can be rented on a one-night basis. The King Suite Located at The Welch Cottage is rented as a separate unit.

The Thomas Cottage

The Thomas Cottage is located at 174 North Grove Street. Two-night minimum stay required. The Thomas Cottage is a three-bedroom house located on 174 North Grove Street next door to The Welch Cottage. One King Bedrooms downstairs with Master Bath Suite. Full Living Room attached to a Full Kitchen to accommodate your full stay. Two Queen Bedrooms upstairs with a shared Bathroom.  A full Kitchen and Living Room.  A two-night minimum is required.
