The room rental fee and additional time (if selected) will be charged to the card provided when form is received. The same card associated with the event scheduled will be charged to the card above for the event charges. If you would like to change the card number for the event charges, please indicate this when you are calling/emailing your final customer count 2 weeks prior to reservations. If the number is not called in, the number will default to the original booking number plus any extra guest, The confirmed number of guests attending is the number charged for the event. It is the responsibility of the party to change the number 2 weeks in advance of the arrival date if the number is different than the booking number. A copy of the itemized bill can be picked up the night of the event at the front desk.
