The Cottages

The Welch Cottage, the Thomas Cottage and the Fitts Cottage are all located within walking distance to the Dahlonega square on 174, 198 & 157 North Grove Street. The Welch King Suite is located at the Welch Cottage but is separate from the main house. The Welch King Suite may be rented in addition to the Welch Cottage if your party requires a larger accommodation. Cottages require a two night minimum stay for booking while the King Suite requires only a one night minimum. The booking website defaults to one night stay and will only show availability for the Welch King Suite so please be sure to select a minimum two night to view availability for the cottages.

There is a cleaning fee per reservation for the cottages.
