Rooms at the Inn
We are a historic inn located on the town square of Dahlonega with a total of 40 rooms plus 4 villas and 2 houses (Welch and Thomas Cottage) of various types and rates. We offer the service to block rooms for your event to secure guarantee space for your guests. To schedule a room block, a two (2) night minimum is required. Attached is a list of our rooms for review.
We do require a non-refundable deposit to hold your block of $1,000. Sixty days prior to the event, you may drop the block with no penalty of forfeiture of the deposit. At this time, we ask that you please contact the remaining guests to encourage them to book within the block.
It would be the party’s responsibility to determine if they will provide a room assignment list or instruct guests to contact us directly to make individual room selections and choose their length of stay. At the time of reservation, we would charge the guest’s credit card for the first night’s stay and any balance due would be processed at the time of checkout. Because of our inn size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we do require a 72-hour notice of cancellation. The credit card on file.

The Fitts Cottage (154) Four-Bedroom house located on North Grove Street and is the first of our cottages you will see. Requires a two-night minimum. The Thomas Cottage (174) Three-bedroom house located on North Grove Street. Requires a two-night minimum. The Welch Cottage (198) Four-bedroom house located on North Grove Street next to The Thomas House. Requires a two-night minimum. The Welch King Suite (199) is attached to the Welch Cottage but rented as a separate unit. This unit includes a single King bed, small sitting area, full bath, and private parking. One-night minimum. A cancellation fee applies. Located at 198 North Grove Streetwalking distance to the historic town square.
